Yeah. The only scene with evil white characters is the surreal boxing one. Other than that, all the villains are black, including one who manipulates white people and another who is a black supremacist. Well, there is a white villain, but he's not racist, he's a communist leader who is evil for other reasons.
There is also a woman who has fantasies about the narrator raping her like a lusty savage, but she's not really a villain, just someone who makes the narrator feel bummed out.
It's a very good book. Race is a significant issue in it, but it's very nuanced and not the oppressed vs. oppressors of tumblr
