There's like a millions vids online about how to IM inject, you want into the thigh, vastus lateralis. Here's a quick breakdown:
1) Wash ur hands, get your supplies, should be syringes + t, alcohol wipes or isopropyl alcohol on a cottonball, cottonballs, bandages
2) Find injection site. Google "IM injection thigh" but basically it's the within the upper 1/3 to 1/5 of your leg and to the side. Try to find a freckle or a spot so you remember. Protip: alternate legs each injection.
3) Swab the rubber nipple of your t bottle with the alcohol before drawing your dosage. When you draw it you will probably have to "pump" the syringe because of how thick t is. It is okay to draw up more than you need and push it back into the bottle to make sure there's no bubbles since the syringe is sterile. No you will not die if you inject bubbles they are just uncomfortable and will hurt a little.
^If you need to take a break because of anxiety do it here, put the cap back on the syringe and back in it's opened package on a clean surface and you can come back to it later.
4) Use the alcohol swipe on your thigh on and around your site you pick. Try not to inject right somewhere if there's a surface visible vein if you're super white like me because it'll hurt more.
5) Make a big C shape with your thumb and hand and loosely pinch/grab the area around where you want to inject. Inject at a 90 degree angle. Before you push the plunger to dose, "aspirate" the syringe aka pull back the plunger an inch and if blood or straw colored fluid comes out it means your in a blood vessel. Just pull out a little (1/4 an inch) or push in some if you have any more needle, and give the shot. That doesn't happen very often though.
6) Pull out, use another cotton ball and hold it for about a minute if there's any bleeding (there rarely is), put a big old batman bandage on the site.
If you do it right it should hurt more to pull off the bandage the next day than to actually do the shot.

Waxing is super effective, but it will eventually harm regrowth if that matters to you. Just getting a close shave could/should do the trick, especially if you have mostly light hair. Shaving with a safety razor isn't nearly as intimidating as a straight razor is, and it's actually quite easy once you get the technique down. I get one or two red spots every time (curable with alum) and I've only ever cut my finger, by being an absolute idiot when changing razor blades.
As well as peach fuzz I have a pretty solid grosstache and several patches of thick black neckhairs that I shave every 1-3 days. I usually shave in the evening, one pass with- and one across the grain, and it still feels fresh the morning after.
