I already have a job and a qt who wants to sleep with me. But I hate myself and can only be happy if I transition. My life appears to be great to anyone who was cis but it's left feeling empty and broken

Don't be shy about trying other regimens if one is working badly, and don't let the anti-transition folk get you down. I really don't get what they think they'll accomplish.
