I want to buy a deep purple and a bright yellow lacquer off of Amazon. But I want to get some make-up with it too ($49 for free-shipping limit) and I don't know what goes with my skin tone because I'm a kind of lightish Hispanic. I'm not sure if I should get concealer or not. It depends on whether I can tweeze my facial hair without fucking up my skin. I only plan to wear my make-up inside the house, probably only inside my room, for now.

What I did was go to the makeup/perfume(KICKS) where I live and talk to a girl who worked there, super friendly and she would give me tips on what to use, and, we also went through different powders and concealers foundations etc, and I went home with everything I needed! :D
