Pic related is Ned from Assassin's Creed Syndicate. I really don't understand. Why does the media portray transgender people as always OBVIOUSLY transgender? Isn't that missing the point? Why is it so important to the trans community that trans characters are played by trans people? Transgender actors should be playing normal characters. And normie actors should be playing transgender characters, unless it's about an irl butch transwoman. The people who cast these roles are really just looking down on trans people in general, telling them they'll never pass and just accept the fact that you're a monster but buck up because people will have to accept you. Jamie Clayton shouldn't be typecast as a transgender character actress.
