So who is the best SRS surgeon in the world purely in terms of aesthetics?
I've seen a lot of pictures from people who've gone to Thailand, and many of them honestly disgust me. The clits are huge, the labia look kinda weird, and the skin itself is grainy, wrinkly, and very scrotum-like. I don't think I've seen one picture that I've been impressed with.
Some of McGinn's look fairly neat and decent.
What do you guys think?

I just don't see it. The only time I've heard this has been on this board, and that's all the person says, is that she's a butcher. All other stories and most pictures have been fine, if not good. People who went are real happy with her results and treatment/ recovery.

I'd say there isn't one. You don't start with the same dick & other stats as anyone else, so there's no 1:1 comparison. If you're a hon who smoked for 30 years, you're not going to get good results from anyone. Personally I've seen too many absolute monstrosity results from Thailand to ever consider it a good risk to take.
