I have no idea, i've always been able to gain and lose weight very easily, worryingly so almost, like it fluctuates like hell. Maybe it was 4 pounds over two weeks, i'm not sure since I lost and gained it all in a week, then the following week I had the 4 pounds in total. But basically I eat very little calories when I take away the snacks/fizzy drinks, but i'm pretty short anyway so I don't feel I need as much (I don't get really hungry or fatigued etc)
