You need to seperate gender from gendered social constructs. Gender is innate to all humans but social constructs are tacked onto it.
Think of it this way. It's innate in ever culture that women tend to be motherly but not innate that they wear skirts.
If all human females do it and a trans person does it it's not sexist. If only your culture does it and a trans person declares that it's necessary then they're being sexist.
Think of it this way. Barbra is a transwoman that believes you're only a real woman if you wear pretty pink dresses. She is a sexist because pink and dresses are only associated to women in certain cultures. If sandy says that having breasts, less musclemass, and being motherly are feminine traits and as a trans person she fulfils them she is not being a sexist because those are common female features in all cultures.
Only extremeist feminists believe all parts of gender are a social construct and only sexist pigs believe that pink and skirts are essentially feminine and therefore necessary to being female.
