You should start working on that body in your mid to late 20's when your twink status starts to fade.
The skinny, androgynous twink thing ONLY works if you're young. Once you get older, you look hideous trying to keep up that appearance. Best to work out and man up your appearance - transition to daddy status and continue to bang young twinks.
