As the title suggests, I want to know how the hell do I effectively get rid of body hair?
Shaving is a pain, too slow, and it irritates my skin. I've heard of creams, but I'm sure they're not the most healthy things in the world, and not the cheapest either.

you should invest in thick acrylic paint, preferably one that matches your skin tone.
just lather up on those and you or anyone else won't even be able to see your hairs again, safe and conveniant 8^)

Epilation works OK, and you can do it on any part of the body. It's not quite as smooth as shaving overall, but you have a good period of time in between epilation where you're looking good and not stubbly. Nair creams are also an option, though if you have especially sensitive skin it's not an option. 'Bikini area' veet is safe for use around your bumhole if you're cautious with it.
Electrolysis or laser are the most effective, of course, but laser hurts like fucking hell facially ( my only experience) and both are expensive.
