I sort of passed in girl's bathroom once, which is the height of my achievement so far. I only entered it because I didn't see the sign and I'd never been to that mall before, I did my thing and was fixing my hair in the mirror when I noticed two woman coming in and I had movie-like flashback where I realized I must be in the wrong bathroom. But they didn't say a thing and I just hurried out as quickly as possible so it sort of counts.
I do get weird looks nowadays in boy's bathroom but I think that's mostly related to long hair.

FtM and get refused at both the women's and the men's at the moment. I use the handicap toilets until I pass better. No problems except for the places where they lock the toilet and you have to ask for a key.

Things got a little weird in my first year of T so I'd go in either depending on the line, if one was closed for cleaning, broken stalls, etc. Never got called out, though but I think I did end up pushing my limits with the women's room.
A few times I think guys were either drunk or curious because they were very persistent in striking up a conversation but the deep man voice eased it.
