In polish I just slur my speech so people aren't sure what pronouns I'm using (generally helps if you speak a language with similar first person pronouns but your brain can't decide and makes you misgender yourself, won't work in japanese but slav languages are okay)
I don't have any policy third person pronouns, I prefer them avoided altogether, but I don't tell anyone because they wouldn't bother anyway
No policy for english except I generally don't bother to correct anyone, so there are sometimes cases where one person calls me a she and the other a he and they both get confused because I didn't react and pick a side

Gender expression leans masculine, but I'm pretty faggy. AFAB but mostly pegged as a dude.
I ask my close friends for "they" once and then just let them do whatever. I correct no one. 75% of the time people use "he", 20% "she," 4% stare at me uncomfortably, 1% ask. I usually tell them I'm AFAB then, or just tell them it's none of their business.
