You either be born to be a natural trap or take hormones, or both.
Everything else is irrelevant and just useful to be healthy and lose weight, it has nothing to do with feminizing effects.

You can't train genetics but you sure can buy facial surgery and hormones.
You won't see huge results with this, but it's as good as you can do without it. The biggest thing you can do is pluck your eyebrows.
