Like the subject says...

I can reach my prostate just fine. Two fingers and woohoo. But I always cramp up before cumming.

I've tried different postures, I've tried squatting with 1st two fingers up there, I've tried on my knees w/ face on pillow, I've tried on my back legs spread wide. Always cramping.

Can some kind anon help me out? Some exercises and / or stretches than will help me not cramp up. I need to improve flexibility anyways, I hope to self-suck someday.

Stretching and drinking more water will help.

I also found that instead of using fingers one of those suction cup dildos are much better.

Cramping where ? Your fingers ? Your sphincter ?

On a related note, is it normal for the prostate to hurt like hell afterward or am I pressing too hard ? I try to be careful, but it's difficult to restrain myself when I get it in just the right spot.

Cramping mostly in my sides / shoulder area. I don't usually get into that position. I need to strengthen and or loosen up that muscle group and wanted to know if anyone had advice to that end.
