A little more about insect diets:
I do hear a lot of comparisons to mussels and crustaceans. Personally, i don't like sea food of any sort. I used to think it was because the smell is gross and I'm still made uncomfortable by the shape and color of the meat. But what it's really abput for me is the texture! Taste is secondary to texture of my food, and sea food is all fucking mushy! It's gross! I like crunchy or chewy food. Crunchy food is heaven. I have an oral fixation and i love the feeling i guess.

yeah, i do. my psych who said i was a true transsexual and referred me to a trans clinic won't sign of a script because all he does is referrals. my endo won't give me a script until the psych signs it off. my doctor won't give it until my endo says yes. my endo says my levels are great, my doses are great, and the mones i'm buying are the exact ones he'd be precribing and to just keep up self medicating until the clinic sees me.
the trick to self med is buying mones that don't have to travel too far in the mail, they are best kept in optimum temperatures. make sure you buy brands you can look at, check fda approvals for the companies etc. its best to start doses low and gradually ramp up depending on your levels. but yeah, regular blood tests are p important
