I dunno man, I'm 26 now. I've been on spiro since I was 17 and estrogen since 19. I did the tranny thing for a long time and then settled back into twinkmode. Depending on how I'm dressed and my hair I could be read either way.
Like, I don't make the most attractive woman, but I do get ma'am an awful lot. I get sir a lot more now that I have very short hair. But when people perceive me as a guy, they treat me like I'm much younger and inexperienced than I actually am. It is a little patronizing, but understandable.
