First, don't go for women you work with. I did and thankfully it turned out OK when we split but you don't shit where you eat.

Second, drop some very clear hints. For example if she asks of you have plans for the weekend, tell her you do and make it /lgbt related, such as "yeah, I'm going to a Pride party" or "there's a lesbian author speaking at the library I'm going to see".

But again, not a co-worker.
