Ive been on estradiol only for 4 months becausa of some bullshit doctors, but i plan to take cypro too. Is 50 mg cypro and 4mg estradiol any good? Should i take em all at the same time each day?

You generally want it split between morning and afternoon with antiandrogens. I hear some transgirls taking E doses through out the day, but I just take my E all at once. my understanding is the half life is 24 hours so

It's good anon. Also Cypro's half life is somewhere around 50 hours meanwhile your average estrogen pill diminishes effect at around 20.
What I do is take 50mg Cypro + 2mg Estrogen + my vitamins etc on morning after breakfast, then on evenings usually after dinner I take 2mg of estrogen and my melatonin to fall asleep easier.
