Hey im 23 transitioning MtF started HRT last week. i spent 13 years in denial mode before i became desperate and decided to come out and transition beginning of march. It is never to late to transition,, particularly as you will transition eventually pretty much better sooner rather than later when your older and have more baggage. "your milage may vary" is the catchcry reply to will i pass. Homones are a magic pill but they are pretty magic and depending on income there are surgeries such as voice and face feminization surgeries.
