Yes anon, I've been questioning my gender for a month now. Its effecting my dreams, like in my dreams I'm a woman a lot lately.. In the dreams I'm very happy but when i wake up i realize it was just a dream and well I've been called ma'am a few times this week it caught me off guard but I liked it. As a kid i would pray wishing to wake up as a girl, but as of my genitals.. well I do masterbate to porn of woman but I really hate having a penis because it gets hard at the most annoying and non needed times..

Given your current age, body shape, facial attractiveness, if you transitioned, would you (or at least do you think you have a reasonable chance of) being passable and at least average attractiveness as a woman?

If so, sure, why not, give it a shot and see how it goes, detransition if it turns out not to be what you expected.

If not, doesn't really matter if you are trans or not, only suffering and loneliness lies before you, but you'll have a harder time if you transition.
