General IT is going to have a glass ceiling before compsci and UX.
Compsci is both the best and worst option depending on what sort of projects and/or papers you can produce during undergrad, if it were software engineering it would be a much safer option.
UX is a pretty solid niche but I don't know enough people in it to comment on the general job market for people specializing in it. Those I know in UX are doing well.
Game design is a bad option. If you're really passionate about game design do it as a hobby and hope that it leads to money but you will hate yourself in most game industry positions.
