Every time I engage in anal it feels pleasurable but I can never cum from just that alone, I will have to pull my dick while getting pounded to cum.
I've tried doing it without stimulating my penis but ultimately I just feel like I need to pee, and then give up because it's taking too long.
Is it really possible to achieve anal only orgasm?

For me it's kind of weird. I can cum from anal fairly quickly, but only if I'm not hard. Like, if we skip straight to buttsex so I don't have time to get excited, I get this girly orgasm where I just shudder and leak cum from my flaccid cock for minutes on end.

I haven't been able to do it. I get that need to pee sensation, but not very intensely, and then not much more. It usually makes me want to touch me really hard, and makes penile orgasm better (obvs) but anal alone doesn't work. Sometimes anal makes it super easy to achieve penile orgasm.
