It depends. A small few actually end up looking passable and people sadly flock to it saying that because something like 10% look great all of them do. The truth is most look a bit...off.
Best way to put it is like those doors people spray paint on walls. From the right angle, lighting, and artist skill it looks almost identical. This also hinder sensation to the deep nerves as it can sit on or cover them which is undesirable.

Overall we have a LOT of work to do in this area and its just not a great deal all around with current medical tech. We probably won't make much headway in the key area's of sensation, proper erection, and acceptance of the transplant until we make miracle grade medical break throughs in other unrelated area's that can then be applied to this particular procedure.
