Stop washing it so often, shampooing and conditioning everyday is bad for your hair, it gets oily after a day because your hair's trying to replenish it's natural oils that shampoo/conditioner strips from it. Let it air dry, blowdryers will give you split ends and brittle hair. If it's still dry after that try leave-in argan oil. Your current split ends are a lost cause, I'd recommend chopping them off, your hair'll look healthier that way.
