Do I talk to my small towns local GP and get referred to some old psychiatrist?
Or do I drive 5 hours to Perth to find gender specialist psych who can write referral to endocrinologist?

If you want to I can write up a fake prescription and you can go to inhouse, all day or international drugmart and order some. They're pretty chill with their prescription checks.
