>Counties and cities may not require a different minimum wage than the state requires
>employers may not discriminate based on biological sex
>HB2 supersedes county or state ordinances of nondiscrimination
>discrimination lawsuits are a state issue
>requiring that people use bathrooms etc. as designated by biological sex is not discrimination
>private clubs, being private and not public, are exempt from HB2
