i don't have any surgeries done yet, but i think i did pretty ok on my appearance after a year of hormones and changing my style over 500x until i found a decent one. Even though people don't have surgeries done yet doesn't mean those with surgeries look better than us.
Passing comes with time and effort, we all have our unique individual looks and body types, we just have to find what is to our best advantage.
I don't personally like seeing people downtalk themselves or compare to others because we are all different and beautiful in our own way. I know all of you will someday surpass that girl or already have. Just keep pushing forward and don't let anyone destroy that will and reason.

Of course not, you'll obviously look better if you're "natural" than if you've had surgeries. The surgeries are just trying to undo damage, but it can't do that perfectly. Those who never got that damage, will look better than those who had surgery to remove it.
Then there are those trans women who already look good, but have cosmetic surgery to look better, sometimes they will look better than natural ones... Just like it is with cis women.
