Also, did more research on your suggestion of hrt. For estrogen, did you use Ethinyl Estradiol Drospirenone, Estradiol alone, or Estriol? Im guessing Estriol since you said 4 mg for your dose. If that's the case, what did you buy from alldaychemist? Most of what I found are creams not taken orally.
