If you're cis your peaks should be midday and valley is night time. Valerate patches are a constant level and I think injections are the same without looking it up. It depends on the injection how long it will be good for.

I dunno. I'm told to take it 3X daily. I stagger them every 6-7 hours since I sleep the rest. I've felt better than when I did on 2X daily, so whatever I guess.

Injections don't have a good cycle actually, you can't control it. All the supportive evidence is anecdotal but you can find anyone selling anything as the miracle in that market.
