Justin Lascek, the guy who runs 70sbig.com
His lifting philosophy served as the basis for what 4chan's autist call "husbando mode", which is pretty much the body type you see in pic related (also Justin).
It's a pretty sustainable and achievable body type. It focuses mostly on compound lifts, which pretty much anyone can do safely, and a few accessory lifts to compliment the big ones. If, for instance, you can't do a certain compound lift for health reasons (maybe you can't back squat bc fucked up back), then you can pick other similar lifts.
Different from other body types that emphasize low bodyfat percentage (such as ottermode), husbando mode doesn't really care about that. You just end up looking juicy with some reasonable bodyfat. So, husbando mode pretty much boils down to:

> eat well
It's a pretty sustainable bodytype, you can age pretty well in it.
