I looked fem already before starting hormones, and did things to keep my body that way. Exercise, healthy eating, hygiene, so on and so forth. This is a further extension of that, and I did it to look even more fem and androgynous. It's simply an extra step you can take if you want to be truly androgynous and have traits of both sexes going on. I didn't mind that, I wanted the extra cuteness and femininity. Yet I still am a boy, I am certainly not a tranny. I'm just a boy who is popping these pills to look super androgynous. If someone wants to take their looks out there I don't see the problem with it, and I don't see why we shouldn't be allowed in femgen, because we are by definition femboys - males who are feminine.

FFS isn't a package deal. Its a list of feminising procedures, but not every tranny will opt to have everything done. The reason one might want to go with an FFS surgeon is because they're trained in craniofacial surgery and know how to do complicated works with bones.
