There's much more to transitioning than physically passing but if you are masc af then you'd probably end up killing yourself anyway because your quality of life would be so bad. Fwiw I could probably pass if I tried (I'm 1.75m/54kg with a tiny girly frame and face) but I'm still never going to transition because the dysphoria is much easier to cope with than the adversity of transitioning.
