I personally think you do pass but I would suggest getting your eyebrows did or doing them yourself. Idk if you still have flat-ish eyebrows but they'd look better if they were curved more IMO. You definitely do look good with the bangs to the side id say get a haircut with the sides of your hair shaped to your face (like layered around your face).

Hm well I think it's a very very small probability that haircut will mess up what you have. It can only get better from what it looks like now (not necessarily bad, yiur hair just isn't really doing anything)
as for what to ask for your best bet is probably looking up pictures of hairstyles (on people) and finding one that isn't too different from your normal hair, but a little more styled. This way if you're worried about messing it up it won't be too different from the hair you have now. You could even just get a trim and it would probably look a bit better
