Well, i'm ftm and starting cycling as cardio,
and now my ass is like a foam pillow and my legs are like tree trunks it was the worst decision ive ever made
so i think it'll give you good results, so long as you do it with high resistance for a short amount of time,
doing it at long intervals with low weight is gonna give you skinny lean old man legs
