Yeah, either bi or gay depending on your looks really. If you've got your femboy presentation down well enough and your body isn't overly hyperfeminine, then people will still see a feminine faggy cute boy, assuming you're not ugly and your body gets to that cute androgynous point. Just keep short hair, it can be somewhat long but don't have it down to or past your shoulders unless you're okay looking a lot more girly, this might push it over the edge and either make you look like a tranny or an actual girl though, so be careful unless you want to go for that look. Don't go too girly with your clothing speech or mannerisms, or youll look like tranny, but you can go as far as to be a really feminine gay guy or appear as some androgynous thing that makes everyone confused. Just find whatever you're happy with and can pull off well.

Femboys are not trying to pass as girls, because they just want to be cute boys. For the femboys popping hormones, you can't treat it like MTF hormone age barriers. Even those have exceptions. Femboys have a lot more flexibility, if you're naturally a femboy without hormones, generally you're going to have a lot of time before you would need to start hormones to continue, depending on what puberty did to you. I started hormones at 25 because I felt cute enough until then, when I started barely noticing that change. I didn't want to stop being cute so I popped hormones. Usually if you're in that natural femboy bracket, the hormones are really effective on feminizing your appearance, which really does stretch out the max age by quite a lot. Really, you'll never look like the typical dudes your age, and you'll always look more feminine than the dudes your age. Nobody can be a cute young looking feminine boy forever, but you can be feminine and, if you take care of yourself, look good for someone your age your entire life.
Some people are way too masculine and just fucked no matter what, some people are inbetween fucked and not fucked, so on and so forth, it's a different situation for everybody, so it's pointless saying "lol you're completely fucked by 25" because that doesn't apply anywhere near uniformly.
