When I first started I could only do like 20 before it felt like I can't do anymore. You just have to push through the resistance of your mind and do it anyway. That's how every bodybuilder makes muscles gains and improvements. You have to push past the limits of your mind! When your mind wants to quit, push another one out, and continue to do that until you reached a new level of being able to do 20, than 25, than 30 in one set.

I think its muscle development, the top muscle is big but the one underneath isn't. I don't know the terminology for them. Here's a pic of it tensed you get what I mean.
I don't often do much heavy lifting anymore though, mainly I want to start working on my cardio and tummy.

so yeah, your triceps are weak, just continue doing pushups, aim to do 1-2 more over your limit, and eventually your triceps will strengthen allowing you to do more and more

I can't lose more weight I weigh like 8 stone. I'm sure sit-ups do your abs? When I was like 16 in was ripped to fuck down there because I used to do them.
I'll do a combo of the three I guess, only going to do it lightly though just to bring it all in line again. I think overall I'll be doing more sit-ups than anything.

Eh, that seems like I'll be getting into a literal world of hurt.
Essentially what I've done is I've twisted one vertabre and the muscle around that guy has been torn to shit. I never really did too much about it, went to a chiropractor for some time and this helped greatly but I often found the more I was using my back the less it would hurt
So I've decided to see if there's any light workouts I can do just to get the muscle doing something every so often.
The bridges seem like they'd put considerable stress on it though.
