I'm coming up on my 2 year hrt mark. So two years ago, I started on 0.5mg estradiol and 25mg spiro, after six weeks my doctor bumped me to 1mg estradiol and 50mg spiro. Three months after that I was bumped to 2mg estradiol and 100mg spiro.
About nine months later had to be temporarily bumped to 150mg spiro to counteract a testosterone flood for some reason. But after that back to 100mg spiro.
