Removing all the hair at once is tedious work, I usually divided it over two days.

For body hair, and apply some talc powder beforehand to make easier to trim the hair.
Then the next day use veet,or nair whatever you find it more tolerable to your skin.
wait around 10 minutes,boys hair takes longer to melt apparently,then remove it.
After that it's up to you,how do you want to stay hairless.
It takes for me about 5-7 days then I have to use veet again,if I leave it longer I've to start over.
Epilating is good but painful,waxing the same,shaving,and nair.
If you're taking spiro/mones body hair growth and hair type changes to be lighter and grow slower,so an epilator might be a better option.
But generally speaking hot shower before hand, and cold shower after then applying baby oil really helps with skin irritation.

I like how everyone says this, but never gives any actual details on what it will change or proof. At 20, your puberty should be pretty much finished and features should already be set and developed. If you want HRT to actually have an effect then you should be taking it before or during puberty. As I said above, even if you are taking it at say, 18, the positive changes you will get are extremely minor in comparison to the numerous health risks and negative changes (rip dick, infertility, etc).
If you don't look fem, then maybe you should accept that you aren't supposed to be one. No amount of HRT is going to cover up masculine features that are already developed.

like what? Not trying to be a dick but i've studied HRT and there's really not a lot of bad side effects as long as you take a regular dose and get bloodtests.
And I'm trans and I know a lot of people on MtF HRT. I agree that there's often not enough changes for MtF trans HRT. But there is definitely enough changes if you just want to be a femboy.
Also, any bad side effects are mitigated by eating healthy and working out.
Not to mention that you don't know how other people feel about their bodies. Maybe they're half trans or something and face dysphoria but they don't want to label it as that. The risks are less if you are taking estrogen as well, taking Spiro alone for long periods of time has many risks like bone damage.
Problem is, the vast majority of people on HRT get their medication illegally, it's kinda unlikely that most people are gonna go to their GP for hormone/blood tests. There's also no easy to find and accurate information about diet etc, and again most people likely won't even know or stick to it.
If they're trans then they should know that they want HRT for transitioning benefits. They aren't gonna lie and say they are a femboy when about asking for info on HRT if they know they are having trans thoughts etc.

Actually I told my therapist that I don't actually think I'm trans, I even told her about my AGP. I just explained that I have some dysphoria and I'm afraid of further virlization. She gave me the go ahead to see a doctor which referred me to an IC clinic. Never had to deceive anyone to get it.
I know that these kinds of services aren't available in most of the world, even here in Ontario I still had to jump through a ton of hoops and wait a few months.
I think it's a matter of time until there are more IC clinics where you're free to exercise your bodily autonomy.

Honestly it might be kind of difficult for you if it's kind of out of the blue, especially since there won't be as much of an effect at your age. I would just recommend explaining that you have dysphoria, you literally said you've been feeling out of place in your own skin, the masculine features make you uncomfortable and you want to look more feminine.

Honestly it depends on the system for obtaining HRT where you live. It can be very difficult or quite easy, try to research IC clinics that are close enough to you as that would likely be your best bet of obtaining HRT. It's not bad at all if you stop, the inbetween period of adjusting hormones is kinda shitty but it's not gonna cause you any long term problems.
