I'm sick of all these catty threads ruining good, solid self-improvement info.

So basically I'm 19, 182cm and about 63kg. I'm not fat, I'm reasonably attractive; it's just that my bodies not as crazy awesome as I want it to be and I have no ass :c How do I go about tightening and toning my shit up while building a delicious fuckable ass? What kinds of diet and foods do you recommend to help?
What's worked/working for you? Should I be posting this in /fit/ instead?

Seems a bit over kill, but my friends who've gotten into running have complained about hulk thighs. Is there a way to build it all in the butt without getting massive tree trunk legs?

You need to gain some weight and hit the gym. There are routines women do to get firm asses, so it stays in shape and doesn't fall when they age.

Squats are not enough to shape your butt. There's a whole bunch of muscles that squats do nothing for. See pic related.

Don't worry about getting thunder thighs from doing a couple excercises, it takes a lot of time and a good diet to really gain much muscle

Eat eggs, eggs give you ass.
Drink Horizon milk with omega 3, which is also in eggs and fish.
Do 1000 squats and run 16 miles a week
(I do 4 miles and 50 squats before each mile then 50 more to finish my workout.)

With this diet / workout regimen my ass pumped up within a month, top results after 6.

It comes down to gaining lots of muscle in your thighs and butt from squats, lunges, kick backs, hip thrusts and side kicks. Also eat lots of protein afterwards

If you want a bigger ass, do stuff like hip thrusts and Hip bridges. Deadlifts are great for your ass, but they also build some back muscle.
You aren't going to build much muscle anyway. 182cm and 63kg; you basically aren't going to eat enough.

Yeah, you need to build up the muscles underneath it to actually bring it out.

I just binged on cake and junk for a while to get some fat into my ass and did some workouts. It was a pretty nice butt after, firm but jiggly.

I didn't keep up the regime though so its not as firm as it used to be at all. Need to get back on it really.
