What do you guys do about grandparents? I'm kinda worried about them because of my transition and how they'd think of me. Coming out to my parents was easy because they're pretty liberal but grandparents are old people so they're like religious and conservative and stuff. I'm lucky enough that I don't have to see them often because my paternal grandparents live on the other side of the US and my maternal grandmother lives in another country (maternal grandfather is dead). But I'm sure they're going to want to visit for Christmas or something at some point and I'm not really sure what I'd do in a situation like that.
I'm especially worried about this because I'm basically the only kid my grandparents have left to coddle. My uncle had a divorce with his wife and she got full custody of their kids and my sister has pretty much cut our whole family out of her life.
