Hi, I've been on 100mg a day of spiro. I still need to jerk off more than once a day, and my jizz is still completely normal. The only effect I notice is my face is less acne-y. Should I up the dose or is spiro useless?

tbqh a decent amount are probably better informed than your average doctor, because they actually read through research studies and pharmacokinetics of the drugs of interest. at best a doctor skimmed a few things in med school

This. I have had 4 different medical providers, and none of them have known shit about HRT. 4chan trannies have consistently been better informed about dosages, side effects, and drug choices. Oh and the real kicker, 2 of these providers have been at the number one recommended tranny clinic in SF.
I suspect that tanny HRT is so new that it isn't taught in medical and nursing school. As a result the healthcare professionals are behind the knowledge curve when compared to the trannies who self med.
