Estradiol valerate/Progynova is just as good.

All you need is progynova + spironolactone. They all stock it. (Though I recommend Cyproterone 50mg a day over 200mg Spiro a day. And instead of Progynova or Estrofem, go for intramuscular injections, 10mg/1ml once weekly, it's called progynon depot on inhouse. Cypro is way more potent and has less side effects, and injections are way more potent.)
Do not bother with progesterone until you're a year or further in HRT.
Also inhouse does not truly require a prescription, from what I've heard many on here say, simply check that you'll fax it and they still ship it.
