We require everyone who visits to sign up for a membership (or a day pass) and we keep only names, birthdays, and licence or passport numbers. When someone who's been blacklisted comes up to our window, our system will find them if they've visited before and have been banned. Otherwise, the system erases you after a certain amount of time.

Yes, some bathhouses have beds and rooms in addition to just lockers. Some have just a bed and a TV (like ours). Others have sort of what feel like small hotel rooms, like Steam. Some even have private bathrooms.
