i think this is really it. to this point men have produced the most stuff. i won't get into why that is at this point. it's not like men produce better stuff but that they just produce way more than women. most of everything that is produced or invented is shit.
i'll explain what i mean with literature. a huge percentage of literature is crap. then there is some that is good and a tiny amount of literature that is great. the ratio of this may be the same for men and women but because men produce so much more literature than women it is only logical that there are more gems produced by men than by women. you can't conclude wether one gender produces better literature because you'd first need both genders to be equally invested in producing it.
and this all implies that the subjective value of "better" could ever be measured.
