Why? I'm a straight dude, and I've watched Catfish quite a bit. Never been catfished, but I've always gotten, "It's probably a dude," from friends and family. Why are gay dudes so eager to do it? I've never thought why, I've always accepted the possibility, but I've never once thought, "I'm gonna pretend to be someone else to attract someone else." Like, it makes sense if you're pretending to be someone of the same sex to attract someone, but when you know all the shit you're pretending to be don't match up to what you are in the slightest I don't get it. Is it a game?
