You could say this about any teenagers though. Tumblr and gender is a perfect example of "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing"
Literally every teenager on the planet is "cringe".
The difference is that these kids were dumb enough to record themselves being so. If someone had a camera pointed at you when you were a teen people would be laughing at you too right now on the internet.

*every teenager on the planet and a large amount of people in their early 20s are "cringe"
etc.

Perhaps some are in their 20s, but early 20s are hardly adulthood. Just cause the legal system decides people are adults at 18 doesn't mean people actually are. I've met 34 year olds that are less mature than I am, and I'm not even claiming to be particularly mature for a 20 year old. But I doubt this is really unique, the past just didnt have easily accessible stores of self-recording media etc. The technology is merely showcasing and amplifing what has always been there.

In fact one could argue the fact that most revolutions (political and social) are driven by young people because they lack the sense of "shame" that later develops. The quickest way to achieve change, even if it happens to be in the other direction, is to enact the absurd.

Only spoiled brats are cringey because they can afford being stupid as shit and worrying about the most moronic things. Not to fall into the cliché "BACK IN MY DAYS" raving senile person category, but really. I had to look after a sick mother after my father died and I've never really had the occasion to be like that. It's a mixture of idiocy and lack of actual worries.

>why can't they be ashamed of themselves like me?
I never felt confortable with the lgbt community. Why can't they all be chill like my straight friends?
Enough is enough.

>Being girl
>Being pretty
>Keeps saying she's not a girl
Why the fuck do these people waste time being stubborn on wanting to be special, instead of doing fun things with their lives?

That one is actually hilarious.
