LOL no, 8mg of estrogen is very unusual, most people are on 4mg or 6mg. Different people take different amounts based on what they find in their blood tests (some people for whatever reason metabolize things faster or slower so need different amounts to reach the right levels). And yeah, you're right you want at least enough to prevent osteoporosis and such if you're taking that much spiro, I just hadn't looked into what sort of things femboys were taking these days. When I was 16, I looked like a girl when I put on a wig. I have long hair already, and don't look like a girl. I'm serious, I never thought of my self as a girl. Maybe as different than normal guys and more a boy than man and feminine than masc, but that doesn't mean my identity isn't effeminate male, and that that isn't my zone of comfort.
I mean if I absolutely had to chose between normal man or transitioning then I would, but I certainly wouldn't be happier that way. And I'm certain in the way I like dressing and acting I'd be boyish by women standards,so really what's the point and why do I need to take that path?

You were lied to, I'm afraid. Breast growth varies dramatically from person to person, and the "cup size of close family members -2" rule is just a lazy guess, and especially bad if you're starting before your ribs have fully expanded. Look into "sister sizes" and you'll see why that is.
Help-wise, if they're large enough that disguising them is becoming impractical, you may have to consider getting rid of them, or working with them.

A bra won't make you a woman any more than HRT did. What it will do is make having the boobs you do have less uncomfortable (and with the right choices, as many Anons have pointed out, with the right choices less prominent). Boy or girl, if you have boobs, and you plan to keep them, you have to deal with them.
