I had AGP but no dysphoria. I didn't identify as female, I *wanted* to be female. Etc etc, I agonized about transition, decided 'yolo' and took hormones, and I'm now passing and a happier person than I was before.

In my experience (not OP), a lot of the early symptoms get pushed away or repressed. I thought I was 'just' AGP for years, until I had a mental breakdown, re evalulated the evidence, and figured out I had a lot of the classic signs.

This might be out there, but I'm straight but I'm into BSDM. A true BSDM community is like therapy. I don't know if what you're experiencing is true gender dysphoria, but I legitimately and 100% sincerely suggest looking into your local BSDM community.

No. Jesus, it's really hard to describe. There's a lot of stigma over the years. Most BSDM doesn't even involve intercourse. But a lot does involve penetration but in context it's not really sexual as you imagine it.
Like I said, it's very hard to describe. There are good BSDM communities that have public dungeons and doms. So they'll make sure you're not simply getting fucked by some pervert.

I can't speak for every state or municipality but in Florida, even if you sign up for a single class you get full access to the student health services. At UCF they had about 6 professional psychiatrists and 20+ students about to get their degree.
They had group and individual sessions all for free - personally, I think group sessions are better.
Anyway, there are also student and other volunteer organizations that can help you.
Like I said, I don't know where you live, but unless you're like on the moon there's someone to help you nearby.
