So what does HRT do for baldspots and hairline?
Pretty much eliminates bald spots but hairline is way more hit and miss. Fortunately, there's surgery.

is the T blocker or the Estrogen responsible?
>>5864873
It attracts birds to your head who in turn make nests on your head giving the appearance of hair.

T-blocker, either directly or indirectly depending on which one, though estrogen in high enough doses acts as a T-blocker as well.
There are also 5a-reductase inhibitors which prevent the production of DHT, and they do work, but the side effects can suck.
Bio-identical progesterone somewhat block DHT and it usually boosts mood for people so that's always a good thing to have in your regimen.

It should do away with bald spots especially when you take finasterid with it
And hairline ...
Hair actually grew where there wasn't any before
So now my hairline is much more rounded and female
Still have a big forehead, but i had that before puberty too

No.
As long as you produce T you will produce DHT which will affect your follicles.
>>5865013
Nope, the sudden flooding with dht can actually result in it getting worse
So yeah .. Nope
>>5865013
Only if your balls are gone by then.

Surgery?
>>5864921
got before/after? how long on each?
>>5865041
Wait, so even if I nuked my T if i get off fin, my hair will fall out?
two years hrt including finasteride
it did nothing for my hairline or baldspots
or anything else for that matter
just get hair plugs, biotin and dht blockers.
Minoxidil 15% Azelaic acid 10%. Tioconazole shampoo. Biotine and Saw Palmeto.

Saw palmetto is good, going vegan too is even better. Reduce your cholesterol and zinc intake, it's what I do, pre-hormones to stay hairless for longer, this I know it reduces my DHT.
You should also use horsetail and shatavari. And learn to soak tofu two days ahead of time. If you freeze it it tastes better when thawed, but you gotta soak it in fruit juice+ soy sauce, and then always fry it in some decent veggie oil. I would say avoid "vegetable oil" as it exacerbates t to dht by making it relax then snapping it into shape.
Have you tried meditation? That's proven to lower DHT, as well as other stress hormones. So too is ashwagandha, a really potent energizing herb that stinks like horse sweat.

Ain't nobody got time for that. Take an anti-androgen and call it done. Whatever doesn't grow back in the next two years is permanently dead and you'll need transplants.
