Does orchi have any other benefits than replacing the need for antiandrogens? I am upset that orchi is just worthless for me since I already developed all masculine features including very wide shoulders I now kinda wish AA killed my liver and finished me off already at this point. They only remove your testicles, you kep your prostate and such. I haven't noticed any real difference in sensitivity, if anything I get a little more out of anal stimulation. From what I can tell it's pretty easy to get an orchi, since it's a pretty simple outpatient procedure almost any surgeon can do. I just asked my endo about it and she got one of the surgeons in the hospital to do it, he hadn't done it before but was very respectful about it. Just look for a urology department and make an appointment to ask about it, or ask your endo.

depends on the hospital, same as any treatment. its pretty standard to offer payment plans at this point, i pay what i can each month and should be solid by the end of the year. most hospitals are really good about giving you care and letting you pay it off over time, but its best to talk to them about it first.

it was outpatient so i was only at the hospital for maybe 5 hours total. For the first few days walking/sitting and standing/going to the bathroom were serious pains and i dont think youd be able to work or go to school like that. after a week or so i could get around the house just fine and could probably work or whatever after 2. 4 weeks and i was totally healed, which is when the doctor said i would be. the first few days are the worst. had to wear a jock strap with a big patch of gauze in it, smelled kind of bad and looked awful. not comfy, had strong painkillers though that helped a lot
